The Guoya Group was established in 1998 by Mr. Yelong Fang in Huoshan County, Anhui province where is renowned for its beautiful scenery and graceful environment. As a leading corporation which specializes in manufacturing solid bamboo flooring, strand woven bamboo flooring, engineered bamboo flooring, hardwood flooring and bamboo furniture, Guoya successfully integrates development, research and export of bamboo products and hardwood products.
The Guoya Group has now become the largest manufacturer of bamboo products in China. With the continuous acquisition of talents as well as the constant introduction of new equipment and technology, Guoya has established its own brand and has won a solid market and an outstanding reputation in the United States, Canada, Australia, Spain, Japan, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.

Distribution Centers
The Guoya Group has set up four subsidiaries in domestic which are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian and Guangdong. To better serve foreign markets, Guoya has already opened three distribution centers in 2007 which are U.S. distribution center, Canada and Australia distribution centers. With factory direct shipments and a local service team, we are now able to supply the growing demand for Guoya bamboo in a more effective and efficient way.
Certifications
In February 2006, Guoya passed ISO9001(International Quality System), ISO14001(Environmental Management System) and OHSAS28001(Occupational Health and Safety Management System). Followed these certifications, Guoya was further certified for FSC and COC in October 2009, ranking second in China that is FSC certified in bamboo industry.
